The check/radio indicators in Gtk(Check|Radio)MenuItem are currently
hard-coded to 8x8 size. This patch should allow their dimensions to be
specified via Gtk(Check|Radio)MenuItemClass, much as can already be done
for Gtk(Check|Radio)Button widgets via the indicator_size field in
Gtk(Check|Radio)ButtonClass.
(I need the indicator widgets to be 12x12 in size, and it seemed a bit
inconsistent that this flexibility was lacking)
