There's a problem with Gtk menus under Windows 98.
With X-windows it's not possible to move a window when
a dropdown menu is active. With MS-Windows, the menu is
closed when the window is moved. However, a Gtk-menu stays
active and doesn't move with the window.
If Alt-tab is used to move the focus with an open menu,
things also go rather wrong. (Using Gtk+ 1.2.8)
