GtkWidgetFlags

Hello,

How can I access the various Flags in the GtkWidgetFlags  ?

I'd like to see the status of HAS_FOCUS and VISIBLE in particular. I 
know it's like bit 8 and 12 or something like that, but how do I get the 
value to mask ?
