This smells suspiciously like a missing C++ library.
Not knowing if you used the GCC c++ or the IBM, about all I can say is
that there's a -lfoo for the c++ runtime missing.

Upgrading the bos.rte.bind_commands to 4.3.2.6 suffices - that fixes
a nasty bug with the handling of '.so' files. Basically, you have to
jump through hoops as I detailed in my note, but if bind_commands isn't
at 4.3.2.6 or later, it won't work even *with* the hoop-jumping.
