In looking at RedHat 7.1's RPMS, it looks like the development rpm for gtk
1.2.9 doesn't contain this header. However, the development rpm for the
gtk 1.3.2 beta does contain it. Unfortunately, I don't particularily want
to be running beta. Anoying. I guess it's time to figure something out.
