The spec file uses %configure which in turn calls libtoolize. But
the libtool on your system is older than that in the package,
and this causes problems.

You can:

 - change the specfile not to use %configure
 - Edit the definition of %configure in /usr/lib/rpm/macros not
   to run libtoolize
 - Install newer libtool packages
   http://people.redhat.com/otaylor/libtool-rpms/
