Latest version of GTK+, GLIB and Pango !!

Hi !!
I wanted to know the latest versions of GTK+, Glib and Pango. Actually I
wanted to run my application with Frame Buffer enabled. Please help to
proceed. Please let me know, the availability of these packages.
