portage of Gabber (which use GTK) on Windows

Hello,

    I work on Windows and I use Visual C++ to developp. I would like to
port Gabber on Windows. I'm wondering if it's possible to port GTK on
windows using Visual as development environment.
If it is possible what should I do ? What should I download ?
On www.gtk.org it says gtk+ not works on win32 currently .
