Hello Why don't you try Dev-C++. It's a nice sourcecode editor including the MinGW compiler and varius libs including gtk+ and glib. Otherwise you can take cygwin and cross-compile it using the MinGW libs. I think you've to use the -mno-cygwin flag or something like that. Well, so far
