Hi Stephen,
For some reason, I had a similar problem when I tried to download
GTK+ v1.3.10 and v1.3.11 . However, it worked fine when I ftp'ed to
ftp.gtk.org and cd'd into the corresponding directory. Not exactly sure
why; maybe it's because the connection from Australia is poor. If ftp
does not work, then I wouldn't know what problem you're having.
