Well, if you look in the ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.0 directory, yes, (it's the newest Pango for GTK+ 2.0.x development series), but there is a v2.2 directory as well. It looks like www.pango.org still has a link to the older directory. I'll try to remember to fix that sometime soon.
