Hi, I'm wondering whether it's possible to add a right-aligned button or
tab to a GtkNotebook like the following ASCII art shows:

| |
| |
| |
| |
\-----------------------------------------------------/
As you see, it should look somewhat like Firefox's tab list button.
If that's *not* possible, how can I expand the right-most tab to the
full notebook width ("Tab expand" in Glade doesn't expand it to the
*full* width) and make the tab label insensitive so that only the button
can be clicked but not the tab?
