When I try to build gtk+ 2.18.9, I get several errors:

I know that glib.h is in
ls /usr/local/include/glib-2.0/glib.h
/usr/local/include/glib-2.0/glib.h
As such I have defined CCFLAGS in an attempt to have that directory scanned for
h files:
echo $CCFLAGS
-I/usr/local/include/glib-2.0
But to no avail: I still get the same error with the same gcc command (i.e.
without a -I/usr/local/include/glib-2.0)
Could anyone offer any suggestions?
