I need a GUI tookit for a Unicode application, but it is very difficult to find comparisons of Unicode support. I'm especially looking for info on handling of right-to-left text, higher-plane UTF-8, and full implementation on all three of Linux/Windows/OS X.
I posted a question on Stackoverflow, but so far got little response.
