is there a way to capture what a program sends to stderr() and redirect it to a error dialog box? I am writing an app that is a GUI front end to another program, I would like to capture all errors and make an error dialog box. For example, if the user specifies an incorrect filename, the console says "filename: File not found". I would like to have a dialog pop up and say the same thing. Is this possible? thanks, Aaron -- Visit my web site at http://iconmedia.com/cgi-bin/index.pl Current uptime: 1:12pm up 9:44, 1 user, load average: 0.79, 1.01, 0.98 -- To unsubscribe: mail -s unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED] < /dev/null
