Yes, it should, but I’ll release a new version of gtk-mac-integration in the
next few days which will symlink gtk-mac-integration-gtk2.pc to
gtk-mac-integration.pc (or if only gtk-mac-integration-gtk3.pc is built, to
that).
BTW, Xcode 4.2 uses llvm-gcc not gcc, and that compiler has some problems. I
recommend that you build a real gcc and use that instead.
