Thanks Jeff, for the reply. I was able to run this program. In my home
directory.
I have a Bunch of more program in the /usr/local/bin/final directory which i
need to run and do the modification for the same. Am i missing anything in
the PATH Directory my echo $PATH gives following.
/usr/kerberos/sbin:/usr/lib/qt-3.3

Also i shall be thankful to you if you can guide me to install Gtk2-Perl. I
have tried the following it does not work.
