I was able to solve the problem in the development environment by placing an environment variable in the project options: MONO_TLS_PROVIDER = legacy
But now I am trying to install my program on another pc but it presents the same error. Already tried to create environment variable with the command: Export MONO_TLS_PROVIDER = legacy But it does not solve the problem.
