gtk# has it's implementation for other platforms like win, for the easy
tasks of a GUI gtk# will fill your needs and for advanced tasks maybe
you will need to make your own widgets, those are inheritated from other
widgets. About Windows.Forms i don't really know how well implemented is
for the mono framework in the current stable version.
