I have this problem.
I have Layout widget in ScrolledWindow. I want to do something when
Scrollbars of ScrolledWindow are used. I try to catch ScrollEvent of
Layout widget, but this event was not fired. I tried to catch
ValueChanged of HAdjustment and VAdjustment of Layout Widged, but they
are not fired too.
Which event is fired when I'm using ScrollBars?
Can You help me please?
