I've forgot to mention a property grid from Michael, Eric, I liked the code :).
After commenting [PropertyEditorType (typeof (Double))] attribute in NumberEditor.cs there and it could edit anything
using DefaultEditor.cs.
What else ... ?

I am myself interested in the existence of such a control, with some
posible additions to what you have already talked about:
1. Booleans (check boxes)
2. Foreign keys (drop-down menus without the option for new strings)
3. Different number formats (#.###,## , #,###,###.## , # , ##% , etc)
I am only interested in a Gtk# fat client control, not in a ASP.NET
one, but that is a personal choice.
