I ported NPlot once to Gtk# it is listed somewhere on my blog.  

A few other folks have been working on it, and fixed the Windows
support, but I do not have those tarballs.  Maybe I should import my
copy into SVN some day.

I have CCed Xavi de Blas, he is using it for his ChronoJump software on
Linux and Windows.
