The latest stable branch of gtk+ is 2.8.x.
The current development branch of gtk+ is 2.9.x. When this becomes stable, it will be gtk+ 2.10.x.
Printing was added in gtk+ in 2.9.0. The latest development release has a gtk demo of printing.
It all depends on what gtk# SVN HEAD trunk follows. I am guessing they follow stable releases.
However, Mike Kestner would know.
I have not seen anything related to gtk print support in svn, but I could have missed it.
Its nice to see Printing docs showing up at gtk.org :-)

Subject: [Gtk-sharp-list] gtkprint on win32
Can anyone tell me where I can find out the development status of
gtkprint functionality in gtk#, that I have seen in gtk+2.8 API? I am
interested especially in linux, but also win32. I am really looking
forward to it (and would not be surprised if it is already included
without me even knowing it).
