I figure out the problem. Since my code is compiling fine, I made some test and i just add the following line.
toolbar.ShowAll(); statusbar.ShowAll(); If you do an window.ShowAll(), it is not working. So i beleived than all element insert without glade need be force to show. Hope this will help someone else. So istill have one question. Why sometimes i don't have to declare the glade element. For example, i can modify the window icon or treeview without initializing it.
