Medsphere's installers are targeted at people using Gtk# with Microsoft's .NET libraries, not Mono. For your application, Novell's Bundled Mono and Gtk# installers are better suited, but they haven't yet updated, and won't update until (at the very least) the next Gtk# release. Also, let it be known that the installer that Cody linked you is not an official release, and is not guaranteed to not set your computer on fire, or paint your dog purple if you stare at it wrong.
