Gnome# is a package on it's own.
http://anonsvn.mono-project.com/viewcvs/trunk/gnome-sharp/ is a web link to it. svn://anonsvn.mono-project.com/source/trunk/gnome-sharp is the SVN checkout link. If you are installing from a tarbal archive it should have been included as well. Also note that Gnome# contains gtkhtml. That might also be a requirement and is a question that frequently pops-up.
