By now I've also managed to compile working Gtk# binaries; if you have any 
use for them I can send them over to you. By now I'm still busy with the 
MinGW makefiles, I have not yet started working on the installer.

Thanks to Jaroslav Smid for the MinGW makefiles and the reply to my post(I 
first thought Win64 used the cdecl calling convention as well)! I now use a 
sed command to insert the cdecl callbacks which is already working, policy 
assembly generation and an "install" target are in the works. I will post my 
work when I'm done, probably already next week.
