I'm trying to use Mono.Cairo to implement some custom drawing, but Visual
Studio 2008 is not cooperating. I cannot get it to recognize the assembly
properly. For example,

The type 'Cairo.Context' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced.
You must add a reference to assembly 'Mono.Cairo, Version=2.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=35e10195dab3c99f'

I have added the Mono.Cairo assembly to my project, and the properties panel
lists it as version 2.0.0.0, so I don't understand why this error is
occuring. Has anyone had success with Visual Studio?
