You could try http://sourceforge.net/projects/itextsharp/ iTextSharp or
http://www.pdfsharp.net/ PDFsharp . They are officially .NET libraries but I
guess they should run on Mono (haven't tried them, though). It seems
iTextSharp is the better choice because it steps on a Java library (that is,
tested with time), is way ahead in versions and has a more recent one.
