Hi,

We want to migrate our project to Mono/.NET 4.0. However, GTK# is built
against .NET 2.0 and http://www.mono-project.com/Compiling_GtkSharp the
compiling notes say that building for anything above doesn't work.
Unfortunately for our Windows version, .NET 2 is not guaranteed to be
installed on the target machine and I couldn't make the "supportedRuntime"
tags in the configuration work. What needs to be done to obtain a version
(preferably with an msi installer) of GTK# for .NET 4?
