So, one last try: Does anyone know how to get all the necessary mono-3.2.3/gtksharp-2.12.11 libraries installed in a proper Windows way such that Visual Studio can see them?
Please note: I know that Visual Studio cannot use the UI designer; I just want it to be able to build the project as-is.
