It is always kinda mind-boggling to me why people capable of creating
obviously great technology don't manage or care to create decent
documentation of it.

Having said that, the best I can offer you is what I found in the API
documentation you already mentioned:

Application members: http://docs.go-mono.com/?link=T%3aGtk.Application%2f*
Label members: http://docs.go-mono.com/?link=T%3aGtk.Label%2f*
Window members: http://docs.go-mono.com/?link=T%3aGtk.Window%2f*

You can use the tree view to the left to navigate to events and other type
information.
