Hi, I really don't know. As the error says, you should check the rest of the output... The solution than Miguel gave is also worth a check. Did you install Gtk# with Mono on Windows? It is mandatory for a Gtk# app, though it is a separate download.
In Windows, you can use Xamarin Studio, which is a lot friendlier, specially for newbies. -- baltasar
