Hm. I'm happy to do this; but will it work? Presumably then we would
run into the problem that cabal-meta will want the gtk cabal file to
be called gtk.cabal and not gtk3.cabal. Perhaps we should just not
track a plain .cabal file at all, and just have gtk.cabal-invisible
and gtk3.cabal-invisible, then copy the appropriate one to .cabal to
make it visible when necessary.
