Yes i know this website but there is only gtmm and not GtkGlextmm... As i use Gtkmm 2.4, which version of GtkGlext and GtkGlextmm should I use?

Suggest you use the binaries from
http://www.pcpm.ucl.ac.be/~gustin/win32_ports/
... they are more up-to-date.
