Hello,

I have encountered a bug in gtkglext, running the demo
pixmap crashes with error 'GLXBadContext'. This error
happens with i810 or interl drivers with direct rendering.
If I remove the direct rendering in the server configuration
then I do not have the bug. I also do not have the bug on a nvidia
Xserver
        with DRI.
The same bug exists in mesa-demo thus seams not related
        to gtkglext.
I have searched for information on the web
and someone seamed to point out that it was related
to glx version which should be 1.3 for using GLXPixmaps and this
was not checked in gtkglext. I do not know if this statement is
correct but if true it should be usefull to be able to query
for the glx version in gtkglext in order to detect such potential
        bug.

        There's a private _gdk_x11_gl_print_glx_info but no
way to query for glx version as far as I know
        Cheers
        jpc
