It seems the biggest problem is the developers do not have time to
finish the work. By the way, as far as I have seen, there is not so much
to be done. At least under Linux, it seems you can already use GtkGlExt
in its development version on GTK3 with no problem.
By the way, I think I can give a hand, so if any of the developer has
something to ask that can help, do not hesitate.
