gtkmm .h and .cc files are generated by gmmproc from .hg and .ccg files i=
n
gtk/src/ and are not meant to be modified directly.

The changes in printsettings and recentmanager reflect the latest from gt=
k+
(see the ChangeLog).

Thank you for the clarification. The patch I submitted  was merely a hack=
 to
get the released tarball to compile, nothing more.

The good news is the release of glibmm-2.10.3 and gtkmm-2.9.3 has resolve=
d the
problem.

Yeah, GTK+ changed the API of the new print stuff. That's normal in a
development phase.
