MS visual studio 8 compiler with gtk+ libraries built using
gcc compiler on mingw ?
Yes. But you don't need todo it. There is a ready to use gtkmm version for
WIN32 (including mingw and VisualStudio8 libraries):

and gtk+ you can get from:
http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/modules/news/
2. Build a gtkmm application with MS visual studio 8 compiler after that.
