gnomemm | libgdamm | Ver: unspecified

Summary: Update to be compatible with libgda HEAD
           Product: gnomemm
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: libgdamm
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
         QAContact: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
     GNOME version: 2.15/2.16
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

The attached patch fixes some build problems due to changing API in libgda.
Some functions have been removed, others have been renamed. The tarball also
includes two new files transactionstatus.hg and transactionstatus.ccg that
renders transaction.hg and transaction.ccg obsolete because the corresponding
class in libgda has also been renamed.

Sorry for the delay... I was compiling the Gtk suite under Win32. It works now.
So I have no idea what caused the problem, but I can tell you that any version
of a library is just not compatible with another. You need all the right
versions of everything to make it work properly. As you are probably already
aware.

Since there is no complete list of what is compatible with what, the easiest is
just to recompile your own version. That way you know it's all compatible.

Lots of fun 8-)

Okay... so I'm closing this report since it isn't a bug.
