Hello, where can be found development packages for gtkmm for platform windows 98 se? I'm using dev-c++ ide together with gtk+-2.6.10-20050823-setup.zip, gtk-dev-2.10.11-win32-1.exe and gtkmm-win32-devel-2.10.8-1.exe but where are unresolved externals in libgtkmm*.dll.
