Hello all, I'm new to Gtkmm and I'm evaluating it for use in an embedded systems project, but it is not clear to me if it is suitable for this kind of application, considering performance, memory requirements and compatibility with the embedded environment - no X11, custom kernel builds, etc.
Does anyone know if Gtkmm can be used with DirectFB or other replacement of X11 ? Looking in the message archives I've found a few messages mentioning some problems to make it work with DirectFB, but they are quite old. Has anyone used it successfully for embedded projects ?
