I have used the static_cast and works fine!!
in my case finaly i have done somethin like this..
WindowMain::XXX()
{
WindowPopup popup;
popup.set_transient_for(*this);
}
WindowPopup::WindowPopup()
{
...
(static_cast<MainWindow*>(this->get_transient_for()))->...
...
}
