Gtk::RecentAction is currently not very useful because it doesn't derive
from Gtk::RecentChooser. That's a mistake that we can't fix without
breaking the ABI (the size of instances) of that class.

I am fairly sure that nobody could be using Gtk::RecentAction yet
because of this, so I am fairly sure that it's safe to break the ABI to
correct this. Am I wrong?
