Hello, if you need a Windows installer, I recommend to use the B1G-installer. See:
http://www.b1g.de It is free and very comfortable to use and generate single EXE-install files, good for downloads. You can also integrate library files for those who don't have gtkmm (or other frameworks) installed on win. Under Linux I always use self-made installers, wich I also develope with gtkmm.
