you should not need to create a new repository if you're just putting it into the gnomemm
repository. You just checkout the gnomemm repository and add a new directory. That said,
I'm not sure it's a great idea to put it into the gnomemm repository. At one point there
was a plan to split the gnomemm repositories apart. I don't know if that will ever happen
while we're still using svn, but I think it would be a good idea to do it when we move to
git, so I'd rather not create more sub-repositories that will need to be split apart
later. But it's murray's call.
