I don't really agree. If I'm using gtkmm, then I'll look in the gtkmm documentation, not in gtk. Besides, there isn't any place in the gtkmm documentation that links to the gtk doc. about the keyboard shortcuts (that I'm aware of).
Simple or complicated is subjective, it depends on one's knowledge.
