I wonder, does anyone know if any of our destructors could currently throw an exception, or if it's conceivable for any of them to throw exceptions?
If we could make our destructors noexcept (and if that doesn't break ABI) then we could make our move assignment operators noexcept, and we could make the RefPtr move operations noexcept too.
