Gtk::Stock is still available, but it's deprecated, i.e. it's not
recommended for use in new code. It will probably be removed in gtkmm 4
(whenever that will be). If you still want to use it, do not define
GTKMM_DISABLE_DEPRECATED when you compile your program.
