GtkUIManager, GtkAction, GtkRecentAction, GtkToggleAction,
GtkRadioAction, GtkActionGroup and GtkActivable were deprecated in gtk+
3.10. The corresponding classes in gtkmm are still not deprecated. We
can't deprecate the whole Gtk::Activatable class yet, because it's a
base class of many widgets. What about the other classes? They are not
used in gtkmm's demo programs or in the example programs in
gtkmm-documentation.
